I love Supernatural, Harry Potter, Firefly, LOST (just fan fiction, I've never watched the show), reading, writing, stage managing, acting, and do some off-hand modeling because I live in New York. Mmm' eighteen, going on nineteen, your average college student studying English and Theatre, and fairly open-minded and easy going. I'm pretty straight forward.

The Ministry has fallen under the hands of Lord Voldemort and his followers, the Death Eaters. The new Minister of Magic has been declared – one of Voldemort’s Death Eaters – and the world has been turned upside down and every which way, being pulled in all directions. The truth and equality and hope that was once a rising staple of the Wizarding World has been sodomized into an entirely different meaning, overtaken by the displaced greed and anger and hatred that courses through Lord Voldemort’s veins.

New laws have been enacted. Muggle-born wizards and witches are no longer able to use their wands, and are carted off in masses to Azkaban as traitors and enemies of the state. Half-bloods, a little less inconspicuous, are also found, wands usually broken, torn or ruined, and then shipped away with little to no remorse on the part of the souls that live among them. Muggles are no longer safe in this world of grief and anger and violence, hiding in their homes, unaware of the real tragedy of what’s happening to their now sickly twisted world.

Signs shoot up in Muggles yards, screaming about the end of the world, the coming of the second Messiah, and other obscure things. But even the Muggles can see that they’re hiding behind their feeble excuses, trying to make sense of everything that has taken their world and lives by storm.

The Order of the Phoenix is shacked away in one of the only safe places they know of – The Burrow, now protected with the most powerful charms known to wizard – without any real view of the outside world beyond the polyjuice potion they drink and the concealing charms they perform in hopes of not being found. Wanted posters screaming “WANTED: DEAD!” or “WANTED: DEAD OR ALIVE!” or “WANTED: ALIVE!” are launched everywhere, in every window, in every shop, on every house. The signs are blown to catastrophic proportions, nailed to the doors that and windows of houses previously being used to hold these traitors of the state.

Regardless of Voldemort’s searching, the Order is a powerful force, secretly recruiting as it goes along throughout its ways. Some of the strongest and best Wizards are within its means, and all they need is a little more leverage and Voldemort will be gone, much to the appeal and appraisal of everyone caught in the middle of a war they should never have to experience.

So be careful. You’ll never know who’s lurking around the corner.
